The Signature Package

What You Can Expect With TDE Full-Service Planning

We start with an initial meeting to get to know you, your vision, and what matters most for your wedding day. From there, you’ll have unlimited access to us — calls, emails, support, ideas, and guidance anytime you need it.

We help you build your budget, find your perfect venue, match you with the right vendors, attend all vendor meetings with you, and guide you through booking each partner. Along the way, we’ll brainstorm décor and design ideas, help with guest accommodations, and even assemble welcome bags if needed.

Two months before the wedding, we’ll sit down for your timeline meeting, mapping out every detail from morning prep to the last dance. You’ll receive a beautifully organized timeline, and we’ll send it to your vendors two weeks before the big day so everyone is aligned.

We run your rehearsal, make sure your wedding party knows exactly where to be and when, and prepare everyone for a smooth, confident celebration.

On the wedding day, our team is with you from start to finish. We oversee setup, style your details, run the ceremony, manage transportation, assist guests, direct vendors, and ensure every moment flows effortlessly. At the end of the night, we organize your gifts, cards, and personal items and take care of any final payments or gratuities.

Your only job is to enjoy your day — we handle everything else.

The Essentials Package

What You Can Expect With TDE Wedding Management

From the moment you book, you’ll have unlimited access to us — calls, emails, and three in-person meetings whenever you need guidance. We’ll help you choose amazing vendors and start shaping the flow of your day.

About 2–3 months before the wedding, we’ll sit down together for a dedicated timeline meeting, where we map out every detail. You’ll receive a beautifully organized wedding-day schedule, and we’ll send it to all your vendors so everyone is on the same page.

We run your rehearsal, make sure your wedding party knows exactly what to do, and take responsibility for timeline distribution.

On your wedding day, our team is there from start to finish. We oversee setup at both locations, style all your personal details, run the ceremony, get your guests where they need to be, keep your vendors on track, and ensure every moment flows seamlessly.

At the end of the night, we’ll gather your cards, gifts, and décor into a safe spot and pass out any final payments and tips.

Simply put: you enjoy your day, and we handle everything else.
We stay as long as needed with unlimited hours, supported by 1 lead planner and 1–3 assistants.
