Special Events Package

We begin with an initial consultation to get to know your vision and understand what you hope to create. From there, you’ll have unlimited communication with our team—support, ideas, and guidance anytime you need it. We assist with budget planning, help you find the right venue, recommend trusted vendors, attend vendor meetings with you, and help you with décor and detail decisions that bring your event to life.

As the event approaches, we’ll curate a detailed event-day timeline and send it to all vendors two weeks in advance to ensure everyone is aligned.

On the day of the event, our team handles everything. We set up your personal details, greet and assist guests, oversee all vendors, run the flow of the event, and make sure every moment unfolds smoothly. At the end of the night, we gather any remaining items and distribute final payments or gratuities as needed.

Throughout the entire process, our goal is simple: you enjoy the celebration—we take care of the rest.

You'll have unlimited hours, led by a dedicated coordinator and supported by 1–2 assistants based on your event needs.
